Our facilities are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend and after-hours rentals may be available upon request with advance notice.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. For recurring meetings, we can set up a standing reservation.
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages or arrange for catering. We can provide recommendations for local caterers if needed.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Basic room setup is included. For specific configurations or technical assistance, please let us know when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
